Requirements

  • Must have a sound knowledge base of NRO Overhead Systems multi-INT capabilities, the ability to integrate other source content, and ability to coordinate and reach back to obtain multi-INT support.
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical, computer science or Business field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in project management, consulting and/or technical services in a mission operations environment
  • Cross Domain NRO Mission Experience (e.g., SIGINT, GEOINT).
  • 8 years recent (within the last 15 years) IC and/or COCOM experience ( relevant experience is defined as time spent managing cost, schedule and performance of a contract delivering Engineering or Analysis Services to users )
  • 8 years of recent (within last 15 years) experience leading teams in anomaly identification, root cause analysis and corrective actions, and resolutions as well as enabling mission assurance activities
  • TS/SCI w poly required

Nice To Haves

  • Graduate degree in a technical, computer science, engineering or business field
  • Certified Program Manager (e.g., Project Management Professional (PMP), Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Program Management Certification, Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Program Management Certification)
  • 10 years’ experience creating and implementing scalable standard operating procedures, performance metrics and feedback mechanisms
  • 10 years of relevant experience coordinating across cross-functional and cross-organizational teams

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for understanding stakeholders enduring intelligence and operational needs while developing and delivering integrated NRO solutions that empower stakeholders with timely, actionable intelligence.
  • Works across the enterprise to keep NRO leadership informed of all significant issues affecting stakeholder needs and to help enable end-to-end technical and programmatic closure.
  • Proactively identify enterprise-wide technical and functional problems, process challenges, and opportunities and propose solutions to guide the Government to a more efficient delivery of products and services.
