About The Position

The Assistant Director of Team & Organizational Effectiveness (OE) leads the execution of enterprise organizational and team effectiveness initiatives, translating strategic priorities into scalable solutions. This role manages OE tools, frameworks, diagnostics, and methodologies to ensure consistency, quality, and effective enterprise-wide adoption. The Assistant Director also delivers high-impact facilitation, development experiences, and team effectiveness sessions while providing consulting to HRBPs and leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development (OD), Organizational Psychology, HR, or related field required
  • 9+ years of experience in OE/OD, Talent Development, or building high-performance teams, with demonstrated success designing OE tools and frameworks, facilitating senior teams, driving large-scale alignment initiatives, and managing external vendor partners; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Expertise in organizational and team effectiveness models, frameworks, culture methodology, and operating model design
  • Advanced facilitation and consulting skills with the ability to influence and challenge senior leaders
  • Strong strategic thinking, systems thinking, and diagnostic skills
  • Ability to design and enhance scalable methodologies, tools, and frameworks that support consistent enterprise adoption
  • High-level communication, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills across complex environments
  • Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative diagnostic data to generate insights and inform organizational recommendations
  • Strong program and project management skills, with the ability to plan, track, and deliver complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Drive the execution of organizational effectiveness strategy by translating enterprise priorities into requirements that enable high-performance teams, and lead the development of related plans, programs, and initiatives.
  • Design, govern, and deploy OE tools, frameworks, diagnostics, and methodologies, ensuring consistent adoption, quality control, and alignment with OE standards.
  • Facilitate team effectiveness, strategy alignment, ways of working, and culture activation sessions.
  • Provide expert consulting and thought partnership to HRBPs and leaders on organizational effectiveness opportunities, team performance, and system-level interventions.
  • Select, manage, and evaluate external vendor partners to expand OE delivery capacity and ensure solutions meet organizational needs and performance outcomes.
  • Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UDX policy, procedures, training, and team member involvement activities.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
