GENERAL SUMMARY This position is responsible for administering/implementing processes within Organizational Effectiveness to promote and guide the strategy and culture to grow and develop leaders and their teams. The objective of the role is to ensure added value and continuous improvement for the corporation. This position interfaces cross-functionally to ensure assigned programs and processes are aligned and properly executed and works with peer groups to ensure that department programs and processes are executed at high standards and in line with industry best practices, with goals for performance remaining challenging and continue to sustain excellence. Plans and coordinates several small to medium projects/assessments across multiple organizational effectiveness aspects.
