The Organizational Development (OD) Summer Intern will support key OD and HR initiatives focused on improving manager resources, strengthening leader onboarding experiences, and enhancing organizational insights through employee survey reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in knowledge management, leadership development, employee engagement reporting, and organizational effectiveness work. The intern will partner closely with the OD team and collaborate across HR to support projects that improve tools, resources, and experiences for leaders and employees.
