This role drives performance management, leadership development, succession planning, and team effectiveness, while leading the design and execution of competency frameworks, career pathing, and role‑based development. A primary goal is to build a strong leadership pipeline and foster a high‑performance culture through development strategies. The consultant adds value by translating business needs into practical solutions that strengthen engagement, readiness, and long‑term growth. This position reports to the Manager of Organizational Development and serves as a strategic partner within the Organizational Development and HR structure.
