About The Position

This role involves collaboration with recruitment functions to attract top talent and supporting organization-wide programs aimed at improving employee engagement, fostering a positive work culture, and driving growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational development or a related field
  • Proven expertise in management strategies aligned with business goals, along with strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws

Responsibilities

  • Implement developmental strategies to foster growth, creating a high-performance workplace.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to design, execute, and continuously improve learning and development strategies.
  • Develop succession planning strategies and assess talent for key positions.
  • Create and manage career mapping programs that provide clear pathways for employee progression.
  • Evaluate and support performance management programs.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs and workshops.
  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions and manage the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to enhance recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure alignment of recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
  • Participate in organizational projects and committees as needed.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent development and recruitment.
  • Maintain professional presence consistent with standards in performance, behavior, and appearance.
  • Ensure confidentiality and privacy according to policies.
  • Demonstrate courteous behavior with residents, families, co-workers, and management.
  • Display professionalism in appearance and demeanor.
  • Continuously improve skills through education opportunities and certifications.
