About The Position

This position is responsible for assessing organizational learning needs and developing programs that drive professional growth and continuous learning, with a focus on executives and emerging leaders. Designs, implements, and evaluates initiatives that strengthen leadership and support long-term success. All job functions and requirements are carried out within the context and framework of Unity Health’s Mission, Vision, and Values. This position is bound by organizational policies and values.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in organizational development/organizational behavior. Related experience considered in lieu of education.
• Five or more years of experience working in organizational development in a large organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar software
• Ability to deliver engaging presentations and facilitate learning
• Skilled in researching training options, leveraging multimedia platforms, and designing effective development programs
• Excellent leadership abilities

Nice To Haves
