Requirements

10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
Proven ability to lead change initiatives across complex organizations
Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
Experience with change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKAR
Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO up to 3 days per week

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting ERP or large-scale technology implementations
Prosci Change Management Certification
Background in Lean or Six Sigma environments

Responsibilities

Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational culture
Conduct stakeholder assessments and build engagement plans to ensure buy-in and adoption
Create and deliver communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessments
Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to embed change into the organization
Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed
Support large-scale technology implementations and organizational transformations

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
