Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management, with a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proven ability to lead change initiatives across complex organizations
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with change frameworks such as Prosci, Kotter, or ADKAR
  • Ability to work onsite in Denver, CO up to 3 days per week

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting ERP or large-scale technology implementations
  • Prosci Change Management Certification
  • Background in Lean or Six Sigma environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project goals and organizational culture
  • Conduct stakeholder assessments and build engagement plans to ensure buy-in and adoption
  • Create and deliver communication plans, training materials, and readiness assessments
  • Partner with project managers, business leaders, and HR to embed change into the organization
  • Monitor and report on change effectiveness, adjusting strategies as needed
  • Support large-scale technology implementations and organizational transformations

Benefits

Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
