Job Overview: This position will provide change management leadership and support to key enterprise wide operational improvements. Requirements

  • Minimum 5-10 years professional experience in delivery of change management
  • Previous consulting experience
  • Advanced degree/education preferred
  • Leadership and team management experience with ability to provide strategic planning and oversight
  • Management Consulting and project management experience
  • Strong client management and executive level communications skills
  • Experience in project and solution estimation and team structure definition
  • Fluent and current on Change Management trends
  • Proven track record of leadership roles delivering solutions within defined timeframes
  • Experience in designing, developing, and delivering end-user training (web-based authoring experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience presenting to Executives
  • Experience working work a globally distributed team
  • Desire to mentor team members and develop their skills
  • Change Management certification preferred
  • Be independent, self driven and comfortable with ambiguity
  • Flexible to travel to client or Perficient locations

Nice To Haves

  • BA/BS degree in Communication, Education, Instructional Design, Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Information Systems or related field required or 7 to 10 years of experience in a Change Management role.
  • Change Management certification
  • IT System Implementation
  • Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma)

Responsibilities

  • Leads all phases of Perficient's Organizational Change Management Methodology including discovery to define, design, enable, and measure success of the change strategy
  • Leads and assists subordinate (Perficient or client) Change resources in project delivery
  • Interfaces and communicates with all levels of Perficient project resources and stakeholders
