LCRA's Strategy team is looking for a student who is motivated and passionate about Organizational Change Management and wants real-word experience contributing to the execution of organizational transformation initiatives! This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in change management practices, stakeholder engagement, and communication strategies within a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Change Management Intern, you will assist in planning, developing, and executing change strategies that help drive adoption of new processes, technologies, and organizational changes. You'll work closely with our Change Manager, as well as other cross-functional teams, and contribute to real-world projects that impact the way our organization evolves and adapts. Position will run full-time over the summer. Start and end dates are negotiable.
