About The Position

Partners with clients and internal consulting teams to assess organizational needs, develop strategies, and implement interventions that align with business objectives and improve performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience
  • 4+ years experience in a business/consulting environment
  • All applicants must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements (if selected) which may include any/all of the following: criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search, in compliance with any applicable laws and regulations.

Nice To Haves

  • Strong knowledge of OE methodologies, processes and tools, models and theories
  • Leadership coaching experience and certification
  • Knowledge of complex human behavior in a working/teaming environment
  • Experience in training and development, instructional design, and large group facilitation
  • Experience in driving employee engagement and cultural transformation
  • Ability to manage projects and project teams utilizing a project plan
  • Critical thinker who utilizes curiosity in problem discovery and solutions
  • Ability to synthesize multiple data and behavioral components
  • Multi-tasking ability to manage several reasonably complex deliverables across more than one client group consecutively and manage others
  • Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Business Management, IO Psychology, Business, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+years of experience in OD or OE, designing and implementing organizational change management and effectiveness initiatives
  • Certifications related to area of expertise, where applicable preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Designs and delivers client-focused solutions that enhance team performance, build leadership capability, enable sustainable change, and drive organizational effectiveness.
  • Leverages deep expertise to create innovative solutions to common leadership/team challenges, including workshopping and facilitation activities.
  • Supports development & implementation of the OD practice based on industry research and best practices and aligned to the IA and OCM strategy.
  • Partners with and mentors OCM consultants and internal consulting partners in designing and delivering cutting edge OD solutions.
  • Ensures OCM Teams sites are organized with up-to-date frameworks, processes, and project work.
