Consultant-Organizational Change Management Intermediate (This position will involve some onsite work in Indianapolis, Indiana)

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • Requires 3-5 years of relevant experience; change management, training/instructional design, and/or project management experience preferred.
  • Requires experience in supporting broad based system-wide transformation initiatives across large matrixed organizations.
  • Requires the ability to interface and influence business leaders and exercise independent judgement.
  • Requires interpersonal skills and effective communication skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in/with organizations on ERP and workforce management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Oracle, Workday) a plus.
  • Prefers an understanding of basic change management concepts and how they apply in the IU Health culture; experience with Prosci ADKAR Model is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Play a crucial role in guiding the IS organization through complex transformations
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our change initiatives, and adjust as needed
  • Support customers to successfully execute change management for IU Health's IS initiatives.
  • Support team in identifying risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns.
  • Develop communication, change management, and/or training plans and is responsible for executing those plans. Supports stakeholder analysis efforts and change management strategy development.
  • Work to maximize stakeholders' understanding of a change initiative, increase engagement, buy-in and support.
  • Communicate and educate on system progress, objectives, and requirements to include a means by which to evaluate and ensure organizational readiness.
