About The Position

We are looking for a disciplined and detail-oriented Organization & Turnover Specialist to maintain the professional standards of our local business operations. During the busy tax season and throughout the year, our offices require meticulous upkeep to ensure a pristine environment for our clients and staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys "turning over" a space—taking it from a used state to a perfectly organized, sanitized, and professional one.

Requirements

  • Organizationally Minded: You have a "place for everything" mentality.
  • Meticulous Cleaner: You understand that "clean" isn't just about what people see, but about sanitizing and deep-cleaning (floors, bathrooms, etc.).
  • Self-Directed: You can walk into a space, see what needs to be "reset," and handle it without a step-by-step guide.
  • Reliable Transportation: Ability to travel between our three local storefront locations.

Responsibilities

  • Detailed Space Turnover: Resetting and organizing office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas to ensure they are "client-ready" at all times.
  • Surface Sanitization: Daily mopping of hard floors and deep-cleaning of restrooms (toilets, sinks, and fixtures) to maintain health and safety standards.
  • Textile & Supply Management: Ensuring all linens, towels, or rugs are laundered, fresh, and properly staged.
  • Inventory Control: Checking and restocking supplies (coffee, paper products, sanitizers) so the office never runs low.
  • High-Level Dusting & Detail: Identifying and addressing the small details that others might miss, ensuring a "five-star" appearance for our storefronts.
  • Space Staging: Resetting rooms and offices to a "perfect" state, including the crisp arrangement of furniture, linens, and supplies.
  • Systematic Sanitization: Executing a high-standard cleaning protocol for high-traffic areas, including detailed floor care (mopping) and restroom sanitization (toilets/sinks).
  • Inventory & Linen Management: Organizing and restocking essential supplies and managing the rotation of fresh textiles to ensure the space is always fully prepared.
  • Detail Auditing: Walking through the space to identify and correct any organizational "friction"—from a misaligned chair to a low stock of coffee.
