We are seeking a Legal Office and Hospitality Service Specialist to join our team at IST Management Services in San Diego, CA! Ideal candidates will have relevant experience in hospitality, mail operations, print, customer service and a desire to grow their professional career in business services. Hourly Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM About Us IST Management is a business process outsourcing company. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and basic computer and Internet savvy
  • Must have attention to detail and critically think through and resolve problems
  • Must have customer service skills, and be able to maintain a consistent, high level of service
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Ability to lift up to 55 pounds on occasion
  • Standing for long periods of time; significant walking
  • Willingness to cross-train for other job functions
  • Eligible candidates will have related experience and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Corporate Hospitality - including ownership of environment presentation and assistance with catering and events
  • Mail Room - preparing shipments, processing incoming and outgoing mail and receiving incoming packages
  • Copy Center - printing, scanning, document layout and quality control
  • Facilities - maintaining floors and common areas throughout the office
  • Inventory - monitoring supplies to ensure correct par levels for hospitality and office supplies
  • Reporting - entering metrics daily related to activities and projects
  • Maintain effective written and oral communications with end users and visitors to the office
