Organization Development and Learning Specialist, Senior
About The Position
Your Role The Organizational Development and Performance team are comprised of three sub-teams: Leadership Development, Talent Mobility, and Talent and Performance Management. The Talent Mobility Specialist, Senior, will report to the Senior Manager of Leadership Development. In this role you will be key in fostering a culture of continuous learning and making Blue Shield a great place to do meaningful work through multiple programs supporting learning for both people leaders and individual contributors. You will work closely with various teams to design and implement leadership development curriculum and program offerings. Your responsibilities will include project management, event management, communications, stakeholder engagement and in-person and virtual facilitation.
