About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Order-to-Cash Strategy & Operations, Operations Lead to join our Go-to-Market Finance organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations. You will provide business insights, identify opportunities for growth and risk mitigation, and drive meaningful business transformation while partnering with leaders across the organization. You won't just find problems; you will build the solutions. You will be responsible for taking high-level strategic goals and turning them into operational reality across our Deal Desk, Order Management, and Collections functions. About the Team The Go-to-Market Finance team drives strategic financial planning, forecasting, and analysis to support Zoom’s growth and profitability. We architect a seamless Order-to-Cash ecosystem by bridging the gap between financial strategy and operational execution. We transform data into actionable intelligence and drive the end-to-end transformations required to scale.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Management Consulting, within a SaaS environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience taking a project from a conceptual problem statement to a fully deployed operational process.
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments and building consensus across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Experience "managing by influence" across teams you do not directly control.
  • Ability to probe deeply with stakeholders to uncover the root cause of operational pain points rather than just treating symptoms.
  • Ability to take a tangled process and distill it into a clean, scalable workflow.
  • Comfortable performing basic data analysis to identify and size business risk and process opportunity.
  • Background in SaaS, technology, and high-growth companies.
  • Excellent grasp of traditional financial terms (revenue recognition, billing logic, and aging).

Nice To Haves

  • SQL experience is nice to have.

Responsibilities

  • Owning and executing end-to-end, cross-functional initiatives across Order-to-Cash that increase productivity and scale the business, from initial root-cause analysis through to implementation. This includes process-mapping, requirement gathering, drafting proposals and recommendations, surfacing roadblocks, etc.
  • Navigating cross-functional complexity to secure buy-in for new policies, processes, and system improvements.
  • Translating data trends into business/financial insights, and into actionable operational triggers.
  • Partnering with the Insights Lead to identify and communicate the "operational why" behind the "data what".
  • Performing basic data analysis independently to support owned operational initiatives (identify opportunity, measure impact, success, etc.).
  • Partnering with the Sr. Manager and OTC Leads to establish the long-term OTC roadmap based on identified operational bottlenecks.
