About The Position

About the Role: We are seeking an Order to Cash Analyst – Trade Promotion Management to join our Finance Shared Services team in De Pere, Wisconsin. This role supports key Order to Cash processes with a focus on trade promotions, deduction management, and financial accuracy. You will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and global business services teams to analyze data, resolve complex issues, and ensure compliance with internal controls. This is a great opportunity to build expertise in trade promotions while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence in a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 2 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, or Trade Promotions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel

Nice To Haves

  • ERP (SAP) experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end trade promotion process, including deduction management and agreement analysis
  • Partner with Sales and Finance to review and manage trade promotion agreements and accruals
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex Order to Cash issues and support offshore teams
  • Perform reconciliations, financial analysis, and root cause investigations
  • Support month-end close activities, reporting, and SOX testing
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support automation initiatives
  • Assist with training and cross-functional knowledge sharing
