This position will report to our amazing Director of Customer Success; This role involves handling a mix of tasks such as processing orders, reviewing purchase orders, setting up accounts, generating invoices, answering phones, and helping customers with basic inquiries. Requirements

  • Minimum requirement of an Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is preferred; or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an accounting environment is required.
  • Demonstrated ability to pay close attention to detail is essential.
  • Capable of quickly resolving problems, handling multiple tasks, and managing conflicts with customers.
  • Proficient in verbal communication with customers and colleagues over the phone, possessing exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong written communication skills, including email correspondence, are also necessary.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Internet Explorer.
  • Familiarity with internet use is a must.

Responsibilities

  • Provides excellent customer service to both external and internal customers
  • Processes invoices for emergency service, preventative maintenance, batteries, parts, and equipment orders
  • Answer incoming calls and directs callers to appropriate department/employee as needed
  • Review orders for accuracy, enter orders into system
  • Ability to write, proof, and test standard operating procedures
  • Strong willingness to embrace the highest level of quality to achieve zero defects
  • Supporting and training team in Order Processing Dept. and Sales Admin.
  • Other duties as assigned
