Come join Our Team as an Order Management Specialist – Delivering Excellence in Customer Service and Operational Efficiency! Please Note: No relocation assistance is offered for this position. The role is based out of our new Boston HUB located at 1001 Boylston Street. Our hybrid working model is 3 days office/2 days remote. Play your part in our team succeeding Operational Center of Excellence leading and performing LEGO Education operational processes across demand, supply, logistics and order management to generate business impact through trusted and high-quality business partnering. While you will be passionate about the US market you will be part of a global order management team with colleagues across the world – all with the same ambitions to fulfill the orders of our customers.

Requirements

  • Proficient in SAP in an order management position.
  • Experienced in order processing, order management systems, and/or inventory management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Skilled at running multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative teammate with the ability to build effective partnerships across cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communicator both verbal and written.
  • Proactive mentality, with a focus on continuous improvement and process optimization.
  • Adopts different ideas, opinions, and approaches to support building an inclusive culture.
  • Boston office-based position; minimum commutable days to office is 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver Customer Service Excellence by elevating detailed, professional, effective order management and service to partners and customers all the time.
  • Order Processing & Validation: Accurately enter and verify customer orders, ensuring correct product details and pricing.
  • Resolution & Communication: Address order issues and maintain clear communication with customers and internal teams.
  • Documentation & Coordination: Verify required documents and coordinate with logistics, sales, and finance for smooth order fulfillment.
  • Tracking & Prioritization: Monitor order progress, prioritize shipments, and ensure timely delivery.
  • Record Maintenance & Support: Keep accurate records in systems and support team training and documentation updates.
