In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the heartbeat between Planning, Production, Customer Service, and Engineering — ensuring customer orders move seamlessly from confirmation to delivery. With a sharp eye for detail and a proactive mindset, you’ll drive communication, reduce friction in the order process, and enhance the experience for all stakeholders involved.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree in a relevant field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Keen attention to detail with solid math and organizational skills
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Technical curiosity and the ability to understand and articulate product details
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams once a sales order is confirmed, ensuring clear communication and alignment across departments.
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between customers and internal teams to resolve order-related issues, including status updates, expediting requests, shipping requirements, and prioritization.
  • Review and validate incoming orders for accuracy, compatibility, and completeness — collecting all necessary project details and ensuring timely, accurate order entry.
  • Monitor order performance from initial commitment through material availability, identifying and resolving any gaps that could impact delivery.
  • Manage order backlog and aging, flagging critical issues early and driving proactive, solution-oriented communication with Project Managers.
  • Support forecast order management by collaborating with Supply Chain and Project Managers to stay ahead of customer needs and timelines.
