About The Position

OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.

  • Ability to work with customers and sales staff
  • Adaptable to changing business processes and models
  • A degree or relevant post-secondary education

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience with CET or other specifying software helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Review purchase orders and product specifications for accuracy and compatibility
  • Review specifications and floorplans as well as create drawings in CET
  • Work closely with customers to resolve specification issues
  • Develop a high level of product knowledge
  • Become proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programs
  • Work closely with departmental team as well as other departments
  • Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelines
  • Produce high-quality output
