About The Position

OFS is seeking a highly focused, professional individual with both a strong penchant for detail and customer service skills to fill a Specialist role for our Order Management Team at our corporate office in Huntingburg, IN.

Requirements

Capable of working efficiently both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability and desire to learn a multitude of software programs

Ability to work with customers and sales staff
Adaptable to changing business processes and models
A degree or relevant post-secondary education

Nice To Haves

Prior experience with CET or other specifying software helpful, but not required

Responsibilities

Review purchase orders and product specifications for accuracy and compatibility
Review specifications and floorplans as well as create drawings in CET
Work closely with customers to resolve specification issues
Develop a high level of product knowledge
Become proficient at and work with multiple design and spec software programs
Work closely with departmental team as well as other departments
Work in a fast-paced environment to meet customer expectations and internal goals and timelines
Produce high-quality output
