Order Management Specialist Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Order Lifecycle Management Manage aspects of all customer orders (order entry, purchasing, invoicing, expediting, order status) Reconcile customer purchase orders across multiple areas of our business, searching for quotations within our business systems, requesting revised purchase orders, ensuring payment terms are listed correctly, reviewing order details such as shipping information or other details to ensure accuracy Work independently and with team members to ensure customer schedules and expectations are fulfilled Learn and work in multiple business systems and applications quickly and efficiently Communicate and coordinate with internal team members as required (warehouse, accounting, inside/outside sales, purchasing) Collaborate with team members to achieve company goals Assist with case routing and support post order customer requests Manage day-to-day responsibilities efficiently, timely, and accurately while maintaining organization with daily interruptions Perform the duties as required Customer Service: Build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers Apply appropriate business practices and procedures Participate in customer meetings as required Provide day-to-day phone support to customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally Perform other duties as required
