About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to manage order logistics and ensure a seamless experience for our clients. This role involves coordinating order processing, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and maintaining strong communication with customers and internal teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with ERP or order management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, delivery timelines, and logistics inquiries.
Process and manage customer orders accurately in the system.
Coordinate with warehouse, shipping, and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment.
Monitor and track shipments; proactively communicate updates or delays to customers.
Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain accurate records of orders, communications, and resolutions.
Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
Collaborate with internal departments to improve order flow and customer satisfaction.
