What you'll be doing: Enter, update, review, and maintain customer purchase orders via Caltrol’s ERP system (IFS) and into external vendor business systems. Proactively maintain assigned open orders reports. Create and process RMA’s (return material authorizations). Collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure both customers’ and Caltrol’s requirements are met. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail across all tasks. Manage post-order activity, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Deliver excellent customer service by providing a positive customer experience through task ownership, accountability, consistency, and timely follow-up. Back up for receptionist as needed. Requirements

  • High school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • At least one year in customer service or previous experience in an order management position.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products.
  • Flexibility to work overtime as needed to support business demands.

Nice To Haves

  • Data entry experience in ERP systems is preferred but not required (We will train!)
  • Some knowledge of manufacturing is a plus!
