About The Position

We are seeking a customer‑focused and detail‑oriented Order Management Specialist to support end‑to-end order processing and customer experience. This role serves as a key point of contact between customers, sales, internal operations, and shipping teams to ensure orders are entered accurately, processed efficiently, and delivered on time. The ideal candidate brings 3–4 years of customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and comfort working in fast‑paced environments. Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.

Requirements

  • 3–4 years of experience in customer service, order processing, order management, or a related role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer‑focused mindset
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ERP systems is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding order status, availability, pricing, and delivery timelines
  • Enter, review, and manage customer orders accurately within internal systems and ERP platforms
  • Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehousing, and Shipping teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Monitor open orders and proactively communicate updates, delays, or changes to customers
  • Resolve order discrepancies, pricing issues, and customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency
  • Maintain accurate customer records, order documentation, and shipping details
  • Process order modifications, returns, credits, and cancellations as needed
  • Support continuous improvement of order management and customer service processes
  • Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects related to order fulfillment
