Order Management Reps interact with distributors, manufacturers, and directly with our customers, to ensure that our customer satisfaction levels are consistently world class. It is the responsibility of the Order Management Reps to communicate with customers pre-and post-delivery of products and/or services to inquire about accuracy, completeness, timeliness of the order, and the overall satisfaction of our customers. The Order Management Reps will identify any issues or problems with the sales orders, and will work closely with Sales, Purchasing, and Accounting to rectify those issues or problems in the best interest of the customer and Sterling.
