The Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for online customers while supporting efficient daily operations. This role is primarily focused on accurate and timely order fulfillment and responsive customer communication, with secondary responsibilities supporting warehouse receiving and organization under the direction of the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small business environment.
