About The Position

The Order Fulfillment and Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering an exceptional experience for online customers while supporting efficient daily operations. This role is primarily focused on accurate and timely order fulfillment and responsive customer communication, with secondary responsibilities supporting warehouse receiving and organization under the direction of the Operations Manager. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, small business environment. Responsibilities

  • Accurately process and fulfill e-commerce orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain high quality and presentation standards for all outgoing shipments
  • Verify order accuracy prior to shipment
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email and phone regarding orders and shipping questions
  • Use sound judgment to resolve customer issues in a manner consistent with company policies
  • Escalate complex or non-routine issues to appropriate management as needed
  • Support warehouse operations under the direction of the Operations Manager
  • Receive incoming product shipments and verify contents against packing slips
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages to management promptly
  • Assist in maintaining an organized, clean, and efficient warehouse environment
  • Ensure product is stored in designated locations to support efficient order fulfillment
