Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate
About The Position
We’re looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Order Fulfillment & Inventory Associate who’s tech-savvy, eager to grow, and thrives in a fast-moving environment. What You’ll Do: Manage and track inventory levels and order processing Use software tools to generate shipping labels , update orders, and manage workflow Coordinate pack & ship operations , ensuring accuracy and speed Respond to customer inquiries using ticketing software Maintain accurate records and analyze inventory reports Handle processing, device programming , and system updates Work with Excel and other tools to manage logistics data Sit at your own desk with a laptop and process incoming/outgoing items Who You Are: Analytical, detail-oriented, and proactive Comfortable working with multiple software platforms Strong with Excel and data entry 20–30 years old, ideally with some college or community college experience Prior team lead experience is a plus Not necessarily from a traditional warehouse background
