About The Position

65% of this job is office and clerical. -Review and process purchase orders -Use QuickBooks to enter orders and track all orders -Research and review delivery statuses -Handle some phone calls (mostly internal) -Assist with tracking down order acknowledgements, invoices, and credit card receipts -Providing customers with account info, orders, receipts, etc. -Heavy data entry (Purchase orders, Account info, Deliveries, etc.) -Heavy emailing using Outlook -Enter orders into the system and make sure they are doing the necessary follow up on those orders/accounts -Assist with shipping and receiving products -Ongoing product knowledge and training so being flexible to learn consistently on new products, processes, etc. 35% of the job is assisting with the shipping and receiving dept. -Will package the cables and put labels on them for shipping -Work with UPS/FedEx if needed for shipping purposes -May need to move around small boxes but not intense labor related This is a small office so everyone wears multiple hats. Company is based in the UK so this is a small satellite office.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of manufacturing Order Entry experience
  • 1+ years of MS Outlook
  • HS Diploma or GED minimum
