Carefree has an immediate need for an experienced Order Entry Representative. Our Order Entry Representatives are responsible for providing world class service and support to our valued customers. Candidates for this position should be, professional, enthusiastic, and positive, thrive in a fast paced office environment and have outstanding attendance. Prior experience in an RV related sales, rental, or technical support position is helpful. Carefree has an immediate need for an experienced Order Entry Representative. • Professional demeanor when dealing with customers

• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and stringent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced work environment
• Patience, perseverance and ability to prioritize
• Ability to work independently and in cooperation with others
• Proficient in MS Outlook and Office Applications
• Demonstrated reliability with outstanding attendance

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in an RV related sales, rental, or technical support position is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Accurately processing a high volume of custom orders that require rapid turnaround
• Answering incoming customer calls and emails
• Configuring and quoting appropriate part numbers and pricing
• Coordinating liaison between Carefree, our distributors and dealers for order placement
• Resolving challenges and variances encountered with orders
