This position will be responsible for handling orders coming in and out of the Utah location. This entails calling customers, responding to emails, working through web orders. Once an order is received they will enter any missing or needing information from customer, collect item from storage location, test to ensure equipment is working, and then package to ship out. They will follow the order until received from customer as well as work with customer on returns once done being used.
