About The Position
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, high-energy Order Entry Associate / Customer Service Representative to join our fast-paced Ronkonkoma, NY office. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of customer orders—from entry through delivery—while communicating with both internal departments and our valued customers.
Requirements
- Prior experience in order entry or customer service (experience with promotional products a plus!)
- Strong multitasker who thrives in a fast-paced setting
- Communicate clearly—both verbally and in writing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Positive attitude and a team-first mindset

Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and review customer orders in our system
- Follow orders from entry through completion, ensuring delivery meets expectations
- Collaborate with multiple departments including Sales, Production, and Shipping
- Serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries
- Provide updates, troubleshoot issues, and build strong client relationships
- Ensure clear and timely communication at all stages of the order process
- Maintain accuracy under pressure in a deadline-driven environment
- Assist in resolving discrepancies and coordinating special requests
- Help maintain data integrity across systems
