Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in order processing, inventory control, customer service, or warehouse/distribution operations
  • Basic understanding of order fulfillment, inventory allocation, or supply chain processes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage multiple orders and priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with attention to detail.
  • Dedication to safety, quality, and accuracy in every task

Nice To Haves

  • Fulfillment experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Allocate available inventory to customer orders based on priority rules, availability, and delivery requirements
  • Review and manage the release of customer orders within order management system.
  • Coordinate order releases to support picking, packing, and shipping schedules
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure allocations align with demand, promised ship dates, and business priorities
  • Identify and resolve order exceptions such as backorders, shortages, or allocation holds
  • Support inventory reallocation and order reprioritization as conditions change
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all order allocation activities.
  • Must be willing to work in a 50-degree Cooler for extended periods of time.
