About The Position

The Supervisor, Order Allocation & Fulfillment for Asia Pacific and Latin America will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and commercial performance across our Distributor network. This position leads the regional SalesOps strategy with a strong focus on shipment execution, demand planning, sales analytics, and inventory health. Working closely with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Global partners, this leader ensures alignment on demand signals, shipment targets, and business priorities to support consistent, scalable growth across diverse markets. This role will oversee key operational rhythms, optimize tools and CRM systems, and deliver actionable insights that improve sales effectiveness and Distributor performance. The Sales Operations Supervisor also leads a team of Sales Operations Analysts, developing talent and building capabilities that strengthen the overall Distributor model. This is a highly collaborative, data‑driven role ideal for a strong communicator and strategic operator who can bring structure, clarity, and momentum to a complex, fast-moving business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or similar in analytical discipline
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or Supply Chain within a multi‑country scope
  • Experience working in a Distributor or indirect sales model, ideally across APAC and/or LATAM
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with Power BI
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and sales systems management
  • Proven ability to manage forecasting, demand planning, and shipment execution processes
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, partnering effectively with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate complexity, manage multiple time zones, and operate in a fast-paced environment
  • People leadership experience, including coaching and developing analytical talent

Responsibilities

  • Develop and drive the end-to-end SalesOps strategy across Asia Pacific and Latin America to support revenue growth and operational excellence.
  • Ensure consistent operational processes, tools, and reporting across all Distributor partners.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and improve Distributor operations, sales rhythms, and demand visibility.
  • Lead the sales forecasting process, partnering closely with Sales, Finance, and Supply Planning to secure accurate demand signals.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and regional product flows to ensure timely delivery, alignment to forecasts, and minimize risks to revenue.
  • Manage monthly/quarterly business reviews focused on shipment performance, sales trends, risk identification, and mitigation plans.
  • Support the design and implementation of Distributor incentive programs, rebate structures, and performance frameworks.
  • Ensure program governance, contract compliance, and accurate execution of program terms.
  • Lead evaluation, implementation, and optimization of SalesOps tools including CRM, sales analytics platforms, and forecasting tools.
  • Oversee data quality, record hygiene, user adoption, and process consistency across regions.
  • Partner with IT and global teams to evolve system capabilities in support of Distributor and Sales needs.
  • Serve as the operational connector between Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Global teams.
  • Ensure alignment across regions on shipment plans, product availability, sales initiatives, and Distributor strategies.
  • Support launches, promotional cycles, and inventory allocation decisions to meet market demand.
  • Recommend demand shifts or reallocation strategies as needed to optimize revenue and inventory position.
  • Manage and mentor Sales Operations Analysts supporting APAC and LATAM regions.
  • Develop capabilities in analytics, forecasting, communication, and cross-functional partnership.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, operational rigor, and business ownership.
