Requirements
- Minimum two years order taking/customer service experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word
- Interpersonal skills for problem solving
- Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls and responds to email
- Take phone orders and collaborate with Sales and Warehouse staff to meet customer needs
