This position works with the Talent business team in supporting the Oracle Cloud Human Capital Management (HCM) modules (Performance and Compensation), Redwood upgrades, Journeys and transactional workflows. Duties include gathering and documenting business requirements for functional configuration, advising on recommendations for product enhancements and client user training, working with stakeholders to understand functional requirements, and interacts with other cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and release features. Additionally, this position plans and supports the deployment of quarterly updates and production issue resolutions, utilizes VBCS to customize Fusion UIs, build data entry pages, dashboards, and embed custom apps. Works with the technical team to spec and unit test any system technical extensions, collaborates with Oracle development to escalate issues and ensures resolution. Six or more years of configuration and support experience with Oracle Cloud HCM (Performance Management and Compensation) preferred. Please note, this position does not support H1B visa sponsorship. Incumbent must reside in the Dallas/Ft. Worth metroplex or be willing to relocate. This position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule.
