As the Solution Management Administrator for the Business Portfolio, you will be a key organizational and administrative hub for the teams implementing revenue cycle and patient access solutions. You will provide essential programmatic and logistical support for workflows like Patient Registration, Scheduling, Patient Accounting, and Health Information Management (HIM). Your primary objective is to ensure the business operations solution teams operate efficiently by coordinating meetings, tracking action items, and managing documentation, allowing the subject matter experts to focus on design and implementation. You will work closely with revenue cycle leaders, Solution Managers, and vendor partners to ensure a smooth flow of information and progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a project coordinator, team administrator, or similar support role, preferably within a healthcare or IT environment.
  • Oracle Health/Cerner Expertise: Familiarity with the Oracle Health (Cerner) platform is required. Specific exposure to revenue cycle solutions like Registration (Reg/ADT), Scheduling, Patient Accounting, and Charge Services is highly beneficial trong proficiency with project coordination tools and Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • The ability to travel is an essential function of this role and may vary based on client, enterprise or project needs, with up to 25% travel to client sites nationwide
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates

Nice To Haves

  • A foundational understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle is a strong plus
  • Previous Federal Health consulting experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, workshops, and design sessions for the business operations solution teams
  • Capture detailed meeting minutes, decisions, and action items, and diligently track them to closure
  • Maintain the team’s central document repository (e.g., SharePoint), ensuring all artifacts are organized and accessible
  • Assist in facilitating collaboration between business operations stakeholders, technical teams, and vendor partners (e.g., Oracle Health)
  • Provide administrative support to Solution Managers and revenue cycle SMEs, in
  • Assist the solution team with tracking and managing support tickets.
  • Provide coordination support for all testing activities, including scheduling and participant communication
  • Assist in the administrative tasks associated with the Lessons Learned process
