Huron’s Healthcare Digital Transformation Solutions (HDTx) team works with healthcare organizations to solve their most complex EHR challenges, so we are constantly searching for skilled technical consultants to help our clients maximize their technology investments. Our Oracle Health Solution Consultants come with a wide variety of experience leveraging their technical expertise to help our clients enhance their EHR platform to improve care delivery, patient outcomes and profitability. As the Oracle Health Pharmacy Solution Consultant, you will: Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health’s EHR system Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements Provide insights on system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or equivalent experience are valued
• Expertise in the Oracle Health 's PharmNet solution with comprehensive knowledge of formulary management, clinical decision support, medication reconciliation, inventory control and compliance tracking with familiarity with USP, DEA, FDA and CMS requirements
• Experience in EHR Implementation including workflow assessments, system design, data collection (DCW), system configuration, testing and validation, third-party platform integration, training material preparation and Go-Live support and post Go-Live optimization
• Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate and demonstrate the Oracle Health Clinical solutions to client audiences
• Willingness to travel onsite with flexibility to work nights and weekends
• Authorization to work in the United States
• Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
