What you'll do: As part of the Eye Trends team, you'll practice in a modern, dynamic, state-of-the-art clinic, providing comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages, visual and medical conditions. You'll have the unique opportunity to practice full-scope optometry at office locations in Conroe, Kingwood, Louetta, Grand Parkway, and The Woodlands. In partnership with the Practice Manager, Patient Coordinator, Optometric Technician, and Optician, you'll work as a team to achieve the practice's shared goals of supporting growth and providing communities with greater access to healthcare. Each location is well equipped with cutting-edge diagnostic technology, including auto-refractors, digital retinal imaging, OCT, visual field testing, slit lamp, 90-D lens/ 20 D-lens, iCare, Goldmann, and manual phoropters. On average, 22 patients are cared for daily. Who we're seeking: Eye Trends is seeking a skilled Optometrist who can provide excellent patient care and deliver outstanding customer service through all patient interactions. The ideal candidate is a team player with a positive attitude and excellent multi-tasking skills. Recent graduates and candidates of all education and experience will be considered. The position is a full-time floating role, requiring four to five days per week, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5p.m, with rotating Saturdays from 8 a.m to 2 p.m. The practice offers a range of benefits, including a 14.5% production bonus and a continuing education fund. Requirements

Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D. including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices; new graduates are encouraged to apply
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
