The team of 13 professionals delivers excellence in personalized eye care through expert care, advanced technology, and access to the latest clinical information. With a strong focus on restoring and maintaining eye health, the practice specializes in cataracts, specialty contact lenses, glaucoma, LASIK, corneal refractive therapy, and other corrective eye surgeries. As a member of the practice, you'll look forward to the following: Competitive base pay Production bonus on corneal refractive therapy Medical, dental, and prescription insurance Two week's vacation after 90 days Full malpractice insurance coverage Continuing education allowance What you'll do: Working in a fast-paced clinical environment with fully-equipped exam lanes, you'll care for patients of all ages, visual diagnoses, and medical conditions. You'll provide comprehensive vision care, diagnose and manage ocular diseases, promote good eye health through patient education, recommend vision-enhancing solutions, and utilize all types of ophthalmic equipment. With support from technicians, 15 to 18 patients are cared for daily. Strong knowledge and certification in corneal refractive therapy will help you be successful. You'll also support the practice's goal of increasing optical and contact lens sales. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly. Requirements

  • Doctor of Optometry Degree
  • Hawai'i State License
  • Happy, friendly, highly skilled individual who enjoys exposure to medical, surgical, and optometric patients
