Responsibilities

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, ensuring a friendly and professional environment.
  • Greet patients upon arrival and check them in for their appointments with a warm smile.
  • Verify medical and vision insurance coverage, obtain necessary authorizations, and manage Superbill forms efficiently.
  • Educate patients on available services and packages, ensuring they have a comprehensive understanding of their options.
  • Facilitate checkout, handle payments, and schedule follow-up appointments.
  • Utilize Compulink software for managing patient records and enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Participate in end-of-day processing and cash reconciliation.
