- Spanish-speaking is a requirement

- Insurance verification and/or billing experience (a plus but not required)
Responsibilities
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Data entry and insurance verification/billing
- Presenting financial contracts and collecting payments
- Following up on past-due accounts
- Collaborating with Dr. Thurman and our amazing Smile Squad
