You start your morning by verifying patients' benefits, ensuring everything is up-to-date and ready for their visits. Next, you calculate copayments, helping patients understand their financial responsibility before treatment begins. Throughout the day, you enter checks and payments into the system, keeping everything running smoothly. You're the go-to person for all insurance-related questions, making sure patients feel confident and informed. Every task you handle contributes to a seamless, stress-free experience for both the office and patients! This part-time or full-time coordinating role with our dentistry works varying shifts.
