About The Position

The Bureau of General Services is seeking an individual to work in a warehouse environment processing records. This position requires strong detailed oriented skills. Major duties will be working within a warehouse processing records. This position will serve as a back up to the mail room preparing, sorting, and shipping USPS, FedEx, and internal mail. Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A High School diploma is required.
  • Must be able to lift 35-pound boxes daily.

Nice To Haves

  • Preference will be given to candidates with 1-3 years’ experience working in a warehouse environment.
  • Experience working with a forklift, preferred.
  • Knowledge of working with records/ files.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others.
  • Skilled in the use of personal computers, including a working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software.
