This is an OPS (Other Personnel Services) position responsible for administrative activities in support of the project oversight team. The OPS Administrative Project Specialist is responsible for providing administrative, coordination, and analytical support to the project oversight team to help ensure consistent, efficient delivery of projects across the organization. This role supports project managers, program managers, and PMO leadership by maintaining standards, tracking performance, and assisting with reporting and governance activities. The position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in project management while contributing to enterprise-wide project delivery and continuous improvement efforts.
