About The Position

Required Qualifications Cannot be a current UNF student. Experience working in customer service setting preferred. Must possess a strong sense of the importance of customer service. Experience in higher education admissions/enrollment services experience strongly encouraged. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills (both spoken and written) are required. Must be well organized. Must have capacity to learn and implement strong problem solving skills. Must have strong computer skills. Must be familiar with enrollment services activities and responsibilities within the SUS . Total support of the goals, initiatives, policies and procedures of Enrollment Services as set by both the President and the Provost is required. Preferred Qualifications N/A
