We are seeking an Ophthalmologist to support the Veteran community in the Columbia, SC area. This position is open to all candidates, including Locum or Traveling professionals. You will: Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Rotating call, at least one week per month. On-call includes nights, weekends, and holidays. Direct Patient Care: estimated 95% of the time is involved in direct patient care. Providing Ophthalmology services to patients. Requirements

Authorization to work in the U.S. permanently, without sponsorship.
Current, full, and unrestricted license to practice medicine or surgery in a State, Territory, or Commonwealth of the United States, or in the District of Columbia.
Board Certified /Board Eligible by the American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO).
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
DEA and NPI required.
Clean malpractice history or full disclosure.
If selected, candidates will need to complete credentialing and onboarding requirements consistent with VA medical staff processes.
