Under the general direction of the Sr. Manager, Operations Fulfillment Support, the OPEX Manager drives continuous improvement initiatives across Distribution and Supply Chain operations. This role partners with field and Home Office leadership to standardize processes, strengthen operational controls, and improve performance through data-driven analysis and disciplined execution. Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced expertise in Excel, including the development of automated spreadsheets, data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards
  • Experience leveraging Microsoft Forms, Power Automate, Office Scripts, and Power BI to streamline processes and enhance visibility is required
  • Applicants will be asked to submit a sample from any of the MS Office Tools demonstrating their development and capabilities

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives across Supply Chain Operations, focusing on productivity, quality, service, and cost performance
  • Partner with operational leadership to identify improvement opportunities through data analysis, KPI monitoring, and root cause evaluation
  • Establish, monitor, and refine Supply Chain standards, controls, and performance metrics to ensure sustainable results
  • Develop, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures, leadership guides, and process documentation to drive consistency and accountability
  • Conduct operational audits and assessments to ensure compliance with established standards and identify process gaps
  • Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving efforts, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning
  • Drive improvements in productivity, inventory control, and workflow efficiency through collaboration with Field Operations and Support Teams
  • Support the development and deployment of operational visibility tools, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms to enhance decision-making
  • Serve as a liaison between Facility Operations and Home Office teams to ensure alignment, effective communication, and successful implementation of new initiatives
