About The Position

Production team members are responsible for the production of aluminum alloy products through the operation of various machinery and manual tasks. Necessity of continuous operation demands cooperation, teamwork, close attention to detail, and prompt speed of reaction to events. The plant is divided into three working areas: Saw Line, Centerbay, and Shipping. Production team members preference into, and typically work daily in these areas. Depending on workload and experience, production team members can move from area to area as required by metal requirements. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Have well developed interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly adapt to, be accepted by, and interrelate with the organization.

  • Demonstrate success within a team based structure.

  • Be willing to work shifts, weekends, holidays and rotating schedules, if necessary.
