Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of related experience.
• Ability to operate multiple machines safely with minimal supervision and obtain necessary production specifications.
• Adaptability to flexible work hours based on production demands, including potential overtime and weekend shifts.

• Prefer proficient communication and reasoning skills to pass on information to co-workers and to relay information to and from all employee levels including management and skilled personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage hourly production line activities to meet daily production goals.
• Monitor line performance and make real-time adjustments to maintain efficiency.
• Determine when to pull team members from stations and reassign them as needed.
• Manage labor across multiple stations, ensuring proper staffing and coverage.
• Ensure the production line runs smoothly and meets quality standards.
• Optimize line efficiency by placing the right personnel in the right positions.
• Be experienced in multiple sections to step in and run other areas when necessary.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to resolve issues quickly.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce downtime
